One site, two languages, zero duplicated work.
A website in two language versions for a company serving clients abroad — with a single content source instead of two separate sites to keep in sync.
Starting point.
The company ran two separate sites — Polish and English — updated by hand and independently of each other. The result: content drifting apart, double the work for every change, and the risk that the English version showed an outdated offer.
SolutionWhat was done.
Implementation of Drupal's built-in multilingual system with a single place to manage content and a clear translation workflow (what's translated, what's waiting for an update). Shared UI components across both language versions, so a change made in one place automatically shows up in the layout of both.
Indicative figures, typical for this type of project.
1
Content source instead of 2 separate sites
−70%
Time to publish a change in both versions
2
Language versions, visually and content-wise consistent
