Legal information

Privacy Policy.

Below you'll find information about what data this website collects, for what purpose, and what rights you have. Last updated: August 14, 2026.

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data processed through this website is Tukoder, NIP (Polish tax ID): 563-230-72-73, Poland, Rzeszów, Krakowska 31. For matters relating to data protection, please use the contact form.

2. What data is collected

Through the contact form I collect: your name or company name, email address, subject, and message content — only the data you provide yourself when sending an inquiry.

The server running the website may automatically log the IP address, browser type, and time of visit — this is standard technical practice for any hosting provider and is not used to identify a specific individual.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

  • Responding to your inquiry and preparing a quote — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract, at your request)
  • Establishing or defending against potential claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest)

4. Retention period

Correspondence data is kept for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and carry out any resulting collaboration, and afterward until claims arising under the relevant statutes become time-barred.

5. Data recipients

Data may be processed by trusted service providers I rely on to run my business: my hosting provider, my email provider, and — only after consent to analytics is given — Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics). I do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies and third-party services

The website itself does not set any cookies of its own. The site's font is hosted locally — the browser does not connect to any external server for it.

With your consent, I use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to analyze traffic on the website — visit counts, page popularity, and general usage statistics. Google Analytics stores cookies in your browser (including _ga, _ga_*) and sends Google an anonymized IP address along with behavioral data about your visit. The script only loads after you give consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit — you can decline to give consent, or withdraw it later by clearing the site's data in your browser settings.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), in conjunction with Article 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Law.

In addition, regardless of your consent to analytics, one external resource remains embedded:

  • Google Map (Contact page) — once it loads, Google may set its own cookies in accordance with its privacy policy.

None of the resources above are required for the contact form to function.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, and object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

8. Voluntary provision of data

Providing your data in the contact form is voluntary, but necessary in order to respond to your inquiry.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time — the current version is always available at this address.
