The company had a working Drupal website, but nobody in-house kept track of updates or backups. The risk: security vulnerabilities piling up with every month without an update, and no contingency plan in case something went wrong.

What was done.

Implementation of a recurring maintenance plan: monthly updates to Drupal core and modules, automatic backups with quick restore capability, and uptime and security monitoring with a same-business-day response to detected issues.
